Refund and Returns Policy

I hope you love your art when you receive it. But if you decide it doesn’t work in your space and you would like a refund or exchange, you can send it back within 30 days and get a full refund or exchange. But only if your art is still in its original packaging and is undamaged. However if you purchased a custom product, that is a unique size or framed, this is non-refundable. So please make your choice/request carefully.

If you receive a print from me which is faulty or damaged I will replace it free of charge.

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping your return product

To complete your return, I will require a proof of purchase.

To return your product, you must request the return address from me personally.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
